Great experience at Napoli Nissan in Milford, CT. Ricky and the whole sales team were amazing. Ricky really took care of me and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I drove home with a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue SV and I’m very happy with the car. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and helpful. Gino and Ryan wanted the review here we have it very dishonest sales and or service after spending $20,000 on this car they told me I need brakes it's normal for pads to wear out after only 3 months the sales men who sold me the car said the brake system got service and they cut the rotors being an auto tech myself that should've drawn suspicion because dealerships never cut rotors we just replace. From my first oil change my service tire system monitors light went off my windshield washer didn't spray and the fluid was frozen the tires werent safe for winter driving I literally had to tell them no tires no deal I guess the salesmen who sold the guy is now out he was misleading. Be very careful if u aren't mechanicly inclined this would've been a $1500 dealer break job that wouldn't be nice if u spent your last on a used car from Napoli look the hubcaps before and after self restoration that also another few hundred a person would have coming out of pocket
