After driving my 2013 Honda Accord for many years, I finally decided it was time to purchase a newer vehicle. To be honest, I was extremely nervous about the process because I am not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to car sales, financing, and pricing. My first experience was with Scottsdale Mercedes, where I nearly ended up locked into a terrible deal. I was assured the vehicle was in excellent condition, yet within ten minutes of driving it off of their lot, I discovered multiple issues. When I brought those concerns to their attention, they took zero accountability and instead wanted me to pay thousands of dollars to fix problems that should have been addressed before the vehicle was ever sold. The entire situation left me feeling discouraged and uneasy. Fortunately, that’s when I met Nick at Nass Auto. From our very first conversation, Nick was incredibly transparent, honest, and helpful. I explained the situation with Scottsdale Mercedes, and he took the time to review my paperwork, explain the numbers, and help me understand what I was actually being charged. He showed me how much of the deal and fixtures consisted of unnecessary markups and commissions. As someone who was feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable in the car-buying process, I cannot overstate how much I appreciated his honesty. I jokingly told Nick that I was looking for a unicorn; A vehicle that checked all of my boxes and was probably unrealistic to find. Instead of dismissing me, he went to work. He spent a significant amount of time searching auctions, researching options, and bidding on vehicles until he found exactly what I was looking for. What impressed me most was that Nick never operated like a stereotypical car salesman. There was no pressure, no games, no unnecessary markups, and no hidden surprises. He was transparent about pricing, helped me secure excellent financing, guided me through every step of the process with patience and integrity, and above all, he got me the car of my dreams.
