Updating this review because can’t get the seat fixed like promise by Amber!!! I love the vehicle but not the service. Was never told about the tear in the seat until went to get it. Then was promised it would be fixed in 2 to 3 weeks. Now it’s months and no resolve! There was a hiccups with the taxes initially because we are not in MS but it was taken care of! I’m very pleased with my Ford Expedition.

Their professionalism and customer service was the best I've ever experienced. They were friendly, accommodating, and took care of my every need. I brought my mom's Chevy Spark in yesterday(4/13/26) and purchased 4 new tires and got a oil change. Soon as I left lot the left front tire went flat due to a valve stem not put in right. You did make that good by getting tire and fixing it. I get up this morning(4/14/26) and the left front tire was flat. I put air in it and started going down again. I sprayed tire with soapy water and saw no bubbles. I'm very aggravated by the service. I would give you negative stars if I could.
