National City VW makes car buying easy!!! Omar, Alberto, Fabio, Jose and the team were a home run!!! I’m in Northern California and my daughter is in Southern California. After not getting the service we needed from another local VW dealer, we made a few phone calls, landed on National City VW and did the whole deal over the phone. Couldn’t have been easier! My daughter drove in to do a test drive and drove the car home. No pressure, no upsell, they delivered on their promises and agreements from our phone call with good old-fashioned service, with a smile. A fix-it ticket and dying car (270k miles) brought me here, and Volkswagen in National City saved my life! The hero? Rudy Garcia de la Cruz. He is warm, empathetic, insightful, and a charismatic gentleman who didn't just sell a car - he took the time to get to know me and match me with vehicles he knew I would love. He went out of his way to make sure I did not have to compromise caring for my family to make a sale, and that kind gesture spoke volumes to me as the head of my household. My new car revived my dreams of traveling out of state for vacation with my loved ones, and I have been showing it off nonstop since its arrival home with me. Rudy, if you read this, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you, and thank you for doing everything you can to take care of us like you would family. WOW!!! UNBELIEVABLE...CHECK THIS OUT I can't believe these guys are MAGICAL!! Sales Rep Rudy went above and beyond. He was able to qualify me for this beautiful convertible BMW with NO CREDIT SCORE AT ALL. NONE then he also got me the car with NO MONEY DOWN. NONE!!!!! IT WAS INCREDIBLE IM STILL IN SHOCK! the Finance Manager Gaston made everything go so smooth he explained everything and I drove my Gorgeous BMW home that same day!
