I’m 57 years old and have purchased more than a few vehicles in my life. This by far was the easiest most professional car buying experience I ever had. The general manager, Pete, my sales representative Ashley and the finance manager Lorenzo were fantastic to work with. They did what they said they were gonna do when they said they were going to do it. Lorenzo found us a better APR than my credit union with whom I’ve been a member for 30 years! I searched from coast to coast for over a year, looking for this particular type of SUV and got a wonderful bargain right at Kelley Blue Book value. They shipped it to me out of state and the vehicle arrived detailed,topped off with gas and a plethora of other maintenance items were taken care of such as an oil change. I cannot say enough good things about my purchase and National Dodge. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. They certainly have earned my family’s repeat business.

Great experience. we went back and forth on the price but we got to a fair price pretty quickly. Danielle and Ethan were our sales people and they were no pressure, and ready for questions about the car.. When we had a list of things that needed to be addressed before we picked the car up Trisha the service advisor made sure we had a loaner and that the services were done. This was a very pleasant car buying experience, and that's rare. I highly recommend them! We had to go in with a warranty issue. Addressed it quickly and all good now.
