In new car shopping this time around, I had a lot of skepticism and went into it expecting a frustrating experience. I was pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be the exact opposite. From start to finish, I couldn't have been more pleased. My salesperson, Ed, was by far the best rep I've had in my 9 new car purchases over the years. He was extremely patient and gained my trust. It took me several weeks to make a final decision, and I'm certain I wasn't the easiest customer, but he was patient and genuinely kind without turning up the heat to close the sale. This is my first Kia, but if it performs like I anticipate it will, I'll return again and again. I highly recommend this dealership. They're professional, provide outstanding service, and very personable, in what I'm convinced is a genuine way. See Ed and manager Greg if you want a relaxing, hassle-free experience where there's no pressured upsale, and you leave feeling happy and confident with your purchase!

I went to Nationwide Kia and not only did I purchase a wonderful car, the staff did everything that they could in order for me to have an experience that I will never ever forget. Best customer service and communication! Tracey Delgado has made servicing our beloved KIA a delight. I went somewhere else once for service (because they were closer to home). It was so difficult to get the other dealership to complete the Mileage Adjustment claim. When we go for servicing at Nationwide, Tracey takes care of everything. Well worth the drive up 695. Nationwide is the reason our KIA is still going strong.

Wow wow wow!! The BEST customer service and car buying experience we have ever had. We went into almost every single dealership and it wasn’t working out. We came to Kia as a last resort before we ordered a car on Carvana and so glad we did!!! We immediately met with Matt. He is so assertive and knew we were in a rush. He handled everything quick and was working along with Gregg. Matt and Gregg are such a wonderful team!!!! They worked hard on getting us what we needed and wanted, calling banks, checking several options. Every time they walked us through the pros and cons of every scenario and we were able to pivot quickly. We came again the next day to finish everything. It was a long process but everyone was so nice we literally felt at home. Kia gave us the highest trade in value for our vehicle out of all the other dealerships and we ended up leaving the lot with our dream car. A car we will use at least for the next 10 years that accommodates our growing family. HIGHLY recommend you come see them. They were honest, transparent, truly care. Didn’t pressure us. They are knowledgeable and unlike other dealership experiences we have had, they made sure we didn’t buy a car that will put us in a bad or upside situation in the future.
