I like to start off and thank the man upstairs first and then to my salesman Stephen Taylor and the other guy Justin that made thing happen for me even though I had to get a co-signer they made it happen with a low credit score and even my co-signer had a low credit score just like a 100 point didn’t then mine and they was very nice to me n trying to find me and my 4 kids with the best comfortable ride in style thank you guys That was nothing but god that help them men make it happen for me so if yall need a good ride in style and have bad credit n just need to get in Something Mr.Stephen is yall guy he gone do everything he can to get you in a good car💯💯💯🥰🥰 im in love with my new car 2019 Honda pilot But I do advise you to ask all the questions that you need to ask and want to know and anything you need before walking out because I had a great salesman (Stephen Taylor ) and I believe his manager was Mr. Justin and he was great also but my paperwork guy was kind of really my issue And if you know me, I ask a lot of questions And I do that because I’m the one that’s gonna be paying for this car this not nothing small This is a big thing to me, but I do want to thank God for giving me wheels for me and my kids to get where we need to go when I got home and let my kids know about the car they came outside. They were so excited and they was like Momma this for us we get to keep it I said yes my baby's and they say YES!! We got one of our Christmas presents already. I purchased a 2025 Grand Cherokee limited from Bryce and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service provided by Bryce and the finance manager was excellent! We were taken care of quickly. Within a couple of hours of test driving vehicles, Bryce found the exact color and package that i was looking for, the finance manager put together an offer that was on point, paperwork was signed and we drove off the lot with our new car! This young man went above and beyond to ensure my buying experience was up front, smooth, and painless. He did not try to up sell as most do. He actually listened to what I wanted. I showed him a car at 1 of their other dealerships that I wanted and he actually agreed for me to meet him prior to his business opening, i asked if he would drive me to the other dealership since I was not familiar with the area and he did. We just brought my husband’s Ram here and from the initial phone call to service I could tell we made a great choice. After hearing great reviews we decided to drive past many ram dealers in Texas to cross state lines to bring our vehicle to this dealership in Louisiana. We were welcomed by the dealership, introduced to our service advisor, and explained the repairs. I work for a large financial institution in consumer lending and will be telling all my members that call about their warranty contracts about my positive experience we have had.
