The worse people ever to fix cars! I wouldn't recommend these folks due negligence on they're behalf. Destroyed my engine after 7 attempts to fix this car and they destroyed it. Unprofessional to car services but professional scamers. After they charged us to replace the throttle body, thermostat, etc. Because the car ran hot after they touched the car now its the engine. Carla, why would you ask us to trade the car after spending all the money on the mistakes yall could not fix. Navarre you seem like you're hiding from the facts of your team mistakes and I'm not paying Navarre Nissan 7k for their mistakes. After 7 tries to fix the car they sent us home thinking the car was fixed. It ran HOT FOR THR 2ND TIME WHEN THE CAR NEVER RAN HOT IN OUR POSSESSION. NOW THE ENGINE IS WARPED FROM COOLANT LEAKING EXTERNALLY THEN INTERNALLY INTO THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER AND THEY BLAME IT ON US! ALL I WILL SAY IS YES YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THEIR INSURANCE AND FILE CLAIM. THEY WON'T TELL YOU! SO MY BEST ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS BECAUSE NISSAN CONSUMER AFFIARS WONT HELP OVER MONTHS IN THE SHOP BECAUSE YOU GUYS COULDNT GET IT RIGHT!
