I thought this would be a great car for me.. Everything was a total mess after I crashed my car. The bank they sent me to was probably one of the worst banks ever and seemed like a total scam. West lake financial.. AVOID IT.. I went in asking for help because the bank was hard to get ahold of and the warranty company I went with kept telling me I need to contact the dealership. The tall white guy.. I think the mechanic was not friendly at all.. I tried to explain that I felt like I was being scammed and I don't know if I need to contact my attorney or not. After I explained that to him he got real mad at me and ended up being real nasty to me and telling me he was done helping me and is done talking to me. If you are able to go to another dealership. Do that.

I’m going to be honest and give the good and the bad. I wish I could give 3.5 stars, but I’ll be nice and do 4. First I’ll start with the good. The sales person I spoke to, Alex, was kind. The car was listed for 7.8k and he instantly dropped it to 7.2k without me asking. He was willing to take it to a mechanic that I paid to do a pre purchase inspection. They also were willing to deliver it for free, 4 hours away from me. The car wasn’t in awful condition, but that does lead me into the bad. After the mechanic inspected it, there was found to be multiple issues that they did not tell me about. I was repeatedly told it was in very very good condition. There were multiple small maintenance things that needed done, but that’s not a huge deal. But the water pump may have been failing. That’s a lot bigger expense for a Prius. It took a lot of negotiation, but they eventually dropped the price by 200 after realizing how many issues it had. Next came the shady part, they had me wire the money, but I had to ask like 6 times to get any kind of documentation to protect myself. I eventually got a buyers order. The car arrived and there were multiple little dents and scratches I wasn’t aware of. They weren’t very noticeable in the pictures, and the sales person had told me the outside of the car was in super good condition. Next I went for a test drive and found out the touchscreen didn’t work. And less than a day later the whole head unit has gone bad. I was told, sorry, it’s a used car. Just happens. Overall, it wasn’t an awful experience, but some of the parts did suck. I’ve probably got around $1000 in repairs to get it to the “very good condition” like I was originally told.

Buying this Nissan Murano, is the first I've dealt with Nebraska Motors LLC, my experience was good, quick, and easy. I hope to have it stay that way if I would have to work with them again. 🤘🏻 A concern is the bank I'm financing with, but I haven't started payments yet, so will see, hopefully no problems.

Very friendly people. Came in to sell my truck. They gave me options on how to go about it. Ended up getting a great deal under consignment which was an interesting new concept to me. They seemed really well learned in their business. And were not pushy which is huge to me.
