# Summary The dealership receives sharply divided reviews, with some customers praising competitive pricing, helpful service from staff member Brandon, and good value on used vehicles, while others report serious issues including vehicles with undisclosed mechanical problems, poor customer service, and unwillingness to stand behind sales. The negative reviews suggest potential concerns about vehicle quality control and dispute resolution, while positive reviews indicate satisfaction among customers with realistic expectations for older, lower-priced inventory.
I would like to say I have seen the previous comments from this business owner on bad reviews. And I personally ignored them due to their recent good reviews. Also I'm sure that they will leave the same type of comment on this review placing the blame on the customer. I purchased a 2004 Toyota 4 runner from this business earlier today. Within 10 miles of the dealership the check engine light came on. I went and had the codes read and it brought up two whole pages worth of code. Upon calling the dealership they did offer to bring it in the following Wednesday to have their own mechanics look at it. Then when told that this was a car that was purchased less then three hours previous and they lead me to believe that the vehicle was in great running condition that this needed to be made right. They decided they no longer wanted to deal with my business and told me to bring the car back today and they would then sell it to someone else. But they would need to charge a $100 paper transfer fee (for a car that I had less than 6 hours). Upon further research this company had sold this car to someone (whom I assume had the same issue) and bought it back from them four days later. I'm sure they were more than aware of this problem and decided to wipe the code and then proceeded to sell it to the next person without fixing the bigger problem at hand. I would advise you to save your money and buy from a more reputable company.
Save your money. Don't do business with these people. Very bad experience would rate 0 stars if possible. Very rude customer service. Very impatient and will not help you with something when they are clearly in the wrong.
I recommend Neighborhood Auto Brokers as my experience was excellent in every facet with them. I purchased a GMC 3500 Dually flat bed for work from these guys. It is a small used car dealer, so upon mechanic inspection it needed maintenance (that you should expect from a 20 year old vehicle with 110k miles). Overall, it was the best deal by far I could find while scanning for several months across Colorado. The flatbed runs great and is now in top mechanical shape [for its age]. Brandon was very kind and worked fast to get us back on the road (we live 4 hours from Pueblo). I will say, the people complaining in the reviews probably had very unrealistic expectations. This dealership flips older, lower priced autos at great prices. At these prices, you should definitely expect to have to put some elbow grease into the car. However, if you make the effort it will almost certainly pay off in the end. I would estimate I ended up saving between 5 and 10 thousand dollars by purchasing from this shop. I'm very happy!
Brandon was great. He got us into the Acadia. Less then 150,000 miles on 2010. She runs great. Check engine light came on, but it was just the fuel cap. Took her to my mechanic and he said it was a great deal. Tomorrow getting my 1st oil change. He told me where he gets his vehicles from and it's a very good source. Thank you again. We will be coming back
Bought a great car at a great price here with Brandon. I would've paid almost double anywhere else for the value of this car, and Brandon was straight forward and hospitable throughout the whole process.
