Title: Exceptional Service and a Seamless F-150 Purchase I recently purchased a new F-150 and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The sales team provided quick, attentive service and truly understood what I was looking for. Their knowledge of the vehicle was impressive—they answered every question clearly and helped me choose the perfect configuration for my needs. The finance department was equally excellent. They were efficient, transparent, and well-prepared, making the paperwork process straightforward and stress-free. In fact, all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived, which made the transition to the sale smooth and fast. What stood out most was the above-and-beyond customer service. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and focused on making sure I was completely satisfied. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for such a positive experience. If you look at response to the review they left to my original comment, you will also see that Ford in TRF apparently does not concern themselves with the truth in any regard. To state that we brought it to Neighbors to ask for additional work is FALSE and to say that the running boards were not part of the issue was FALSE. I have pictures of the deer being tangled up in the running boards and needed to have my brother remove it. The reason we did not take it back to Rydell's was because we simply wanted our vehicle back working and after they had it for MONTHS, we got it back and it was smoking and leaking fluids everywhere. I thought that Ford would still be operated the way it was under Lilestol's, but I was mistaken. We still haven't been able to pick up the vehicle because it doesn't run (even though it did prior to hitting the deer). I hope that your customers can see how you treat people and as I have been stating, look to team up with the insurance company at the expense of your customers. We are fortunate to have several vehicles, I feel terrible for anyone relying on your services that relies on a single vehicle that would get a similar treatment. I look forward to how you will again twist your response and accuse me of more things that aren't true in order to try justify how you treat people.

Deal with Ira in service as little as possible and you will likely be fine. Do not take any insurance work to them unless you want Ira to explain his way out of fixing anything and putting all responsibilitie on his team instead of himself. I am not one to leave any reviews especially negative ones.

Thief River Ford and Aaron Riesen were fantastic. They were courteous, efficient and accommodating. They made a sometime long and tedious process enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Aaron to anyone that was considering a vehicle purchase.

I can’t say enough about how fabulous the staff is at Thief River Ford. We ordered a new transit in May and took delivery in November. The process was easy and the staff made sure we got exactly what we wanted.
