First experience with Neil Huffman Chevrolet this week, but hands down the best experience of any auto dealership I have ever had. Honest, fair, and easy to work with. No BS, no fake numbers, simply worked together to come to an agreement we were both satisfied with. Every dealership in the country could learn from their approach to auto sales. This Hoosier customer will cross the Ohio River for all auto purchases from now on!

Easily one of the most honest auto groups in and around Louisville. I’m someone who always looks for the best deal, and over the past 10 years I’ve purchased multiple vehicles myself and helped friends buy 30+ vehicles . No one has been able to beat Neil Huffman—transparent, upfront pricing and consistently great deals. My go-to place, whether it’s Honda, Acura, Volkswagen,Mazda or Nissan. I wish they start a Toyota dealership soon

I purchased a 2016 BMW 528xi on 06/27/2024. It had 105, 191 odometer miles. I put a $6,000.00 cash down payment and financed $8,616.60 with Santander Consumer USA. I took it to Sam Swope BMW for a recall issue that needed to be replaced on 10/04/2024. The BMW service department said I needed over$15,000.00 worth of repairs. I was stunned. I told Neil Huffman what Sam Swope BMW told me. They ignored me. I had to replace the fuel pump on 01/06/2026. It cost me $1,551.42 at Springdale Automotive Service. While replacing my fuel pump, they discovered my timing chain has stretched and that it needs to be replaced. To replace the timing chain is going to cost over $7000.00. My mechanic also told me this 2016 BMW 528xi has the N20 engine that has a history of timing chain failures. I called the BMW Consumer Relations department and they verified this was true, but since my car had over 100,000 odometer miles when I purchased the car. They couldn't do anything to help me. I wrote a formal demand email letter to General Manager Arthur Galitsky on 01/12/2026. He called me on 01/14/2026 and told me he couldn't help me either with my car issues. I contacted the Kentucky Attorney General who is currently investigating right now. I have also contacted law firm Krohn and Mosh, Ltd. Consumer Law Center who is looking into it also. Please don't do any business with Neil Huffman Automotive Group. I am thoroughly disgusted and appalled how they have handled my situation in this matter!

Tim Johnson at Neil Huffman Subaru was awesome and very accommodating for us!! As soon as we arrived he came to see what he could help us with. Other places we have been you had to try and find someone and they were not helpful, acting like they were doing us a favor being there. Tim approached us and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. He was incredibly attentive patiently walking us thru every detail of the car. Very knowledgeable! .We hadn’t expected to buy but he showed us one that had just arrived a couple days ago and wasn’t even serviced yet. It was exactly what we were wanting and didn’t know, as we have never had a Subaru. I am so excited with our new Subaru!! A++ and many thanks to Timothy Johnson who was very patient and went over and above to help us!!!
