Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort Service

I will never buy a car from another company. Excellent service excellent sales team especially Cody Houchin. I would not recommend anywhere else. I got my dream car. At the price I asked for. Forever greatful to the entire staff.

Had in independent shop tell me my right rear wheel bearings were bad. The service manager from Huffman on the phone said that it was a warranty issue if bearings were bad and to bring it in. Was told upon bringing it in there was no abnormal noise and bearings were perfect, which was obviously wrong. I asked them to check again and this time they did hear the noise, but said it was the tire and I should just contact Michelin. I told them this was obviously not correct because I had the tires rotated the day before and the noise did not move - they just blew me off. Took it back to the independent shop the following day and paid out of pocket for the bearing replacement which (of course) solved the problem. Terrible waste of time at the dealership, which is unfortunate because our buying experience there was incredible. Service department either was uninterested in helping me or unfamiliar with what a bearing is….

We purchased our vehicle in 2019 from Don Jacobs in Lexington, having it exclusively serviced there since. Unfortunately, pregnancy brain got the best of me as I found my oil percentage on 5% and could not get into Don Jacobs for two weeks. I realized Neil Huffman was so close, with earlier availability, so we booked there. The service I receive at Don Jacobs is most always disgruntled, like they just aren't morning people or something. But the service, from every person I engaged with at Neil Huffman was extremely helpful and kind. Usually this is a sign of good leadership so the first few moments set an incredibly positive tone. While we waited, I witnessed two separate, very "Karen/Boomer-like" encounters that their team handled with such gentleness and professionalism. One of them being particularly long. Coming from a customer service industry, I was extremely impressed with their management here. To our surprise, after waiting hours for simple oil changes at Don Jacobs in the past, our entire service experience took just under one hour at Neil Huffman. My husband and I both decided what a blessing it was to be redirected to Neil Huffman this round and will always do business with them moving forward! We were very impressed! Thank you for the opportunity!

Jason O'Brien is great to deal with. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I have bought two vehicles here and have loved both.

Won't to say how much , Nathan Eversole of Neil Huffman of Honda of Frankfort, knows his job,I have been bringing my Honda crv to him for a few years,He has always been up front with me on my car,we need more men. Like Nathan!!!! Just won't to do a shout out to him,👍👍👏👏👏Connie Andersen
