Stopped by the Nelson Mazda parts department to grab some oil and had an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly, knew exactly what I needed, and had me in and out in no time. You can tell they really care about helping customers and keeping things efficient. Definitely one of the smoothest parts department visits i’ve had! Would recommend!!

I’ve bought two cars here within the last 12 months, great service no pressure sales. They stick to their pricing it really is no haggle shop. They offer extras but if you’re firm you can decline. I recommend them for peace of mind buying. Post buy, the service team is great and you get your visit filmed to see the condition of your vehicle and completeness of service.

Exceptional service experience at Nelson Mazda Cool Springs! Very clear diagnostic video by tech Nick Munson who also worked on my car, including a great job installing and balancing 4 new tires (for the price of 3!) and installing a new accelerator pedal plus the normal service stuff. Spencer Frankel was wonderful in coordinating exactly what was to be done. A really nice bonus was the price coming in $400 less than estimated, a testament to the honesty of all involved. This service along with several prior ones has this 2013 CX-5 with 78K miles driving and feeling like it's brand new. Thanks to Spencer, Nick, and General Manager James Dixon for taking such great care of the car and me!
