Lauren was super nice and very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. Even after buying the car and it having problems the next day. Lauren took it back and worked on it for a month straight trying to fix the problem all well loaning me one of his vehicles to drive. After a month of not being able to fix the car. Lauren return my money with no questions asked feeling ashamed of himself that he even let a car like that leave his lot. At no point did I feel unappreciated as a customer or received any sort of annoyance from the many calls I left. Would recommend this dealer and his cars to anybody I know. The owner and his daughter are truly honest peoplethank you for the great car buying experience will be keeping my eye on your lot for a new vehicle.

I came here in 2019 to buy a car after going every where around for so many hours looking for a reliable car. All the other dealers where shady. Bought a red Murano that till today it still going around. Was my second car ever. I took that car to Chicago and back then to michigan I'm so thankful for the help the mechanic gave me. EXCELLENT 👌 service. AND OMG! I ADORE this place style inside and out. Vintage and unique.

Update as of 6/5/19 bought on 02/02/19 this car has needed and has been replaced: •4 wheel bearings •all struts/shocks •both end links •both control arms •both coils were broken before purchase but missed (that was the rattle I herd in test drive) •exhaust camshaft position actuator solenoid (related to old/bad/LOW oil when the owner said he used 5k mile and I wouldnt have to change for 5k instead of 3k...nope doesnt work for this car bud) •p0420 (code still there) •new inner tierods Total for all= $2,600!!! Car was bought from Nelson's for $3,495!! This ALL isnt just basic maintenance and do NOT all go at ONE time or this quickly. Owners slogan, "I fix what I feel NEEDS to be fixed. If it isn't safe to put my own daughter/grandchildren into then I'll fix it." He must not think much about their safety then! I did have it inspected before and after buy and would not have bought if I k ew there were so many issues. My 06 never had this many issues. The daughter is/was owners main salesperson, she doesnt know much about cars. She was polite up until the day of the sale, then she was kind of rude and "cold." During test drive I herd rattles in the back (coils), she said it was the dealer plate. Told her brakes were worn, she told me to apply pressure to both gas and brake at the same time to remove buildup...lie, they were bad and after standing firm about it, the owner replaced at no cost. They were more than happy to fix a few of the cosmetic issues cuz they were cheap. Communication between father/daughter was very poor. He didnt know about half the conversation I had with his daughter because she didnt relay it on. 3 DAYS AFTER purchase: check engine light came on. P0420 Caytlast low efficiency bank 1 permanent. He put a new cat converter in before I found car, which leads me to believe he was aware this car struggled with the 420 code already. He didnt investigate issue, just changed the bank 1 sensor. Wk later code is back, same thing. Few days later, codes back. He became agitated, rude, defensive and tried to lecture about type of gas used, blaming me. My car is flex, hood says gasoline/ethanol. Last action he did was replaced both o2 sensors and rewrapped the melted/burnt wires I FOUND(which are probably still bad, just taped up now) from the old cat converter getting hot. Very easy to see but ignored before sale. He treated/talked to me like I was an ignorant/dumb female and tried lecturing me about cars. I felt he was unprofessional and tried to use bullying tactics. I can see now why his cars are so cheap. I dont believe their fully checked out when he purchases/get as trade and just does basic basic maintenance and throws them on the lot for a quick buck. Its not to help out the small town person. Unfortunately, I will probably end up having to sink MORE money into before its paid off or it will die on me completely. DO NOT BUY FROM.

The owner is very incredible... He's nice and extremely patient...he's very understanding and he has a Sense of humor... I truly appreciate everything that he has done for me vehicle.. he's a man if his word... Keep up the good work!!!
