Very happy with Saratoga Nemer service department. They figured out the problem very quickly. I previously went to another jeep service department ( Queensbury) was there all day and the could not figure out the problem. Saratoga Nemer did a great job I will definitely will recommend them . Pleasure to work with.( Problem was bad water pump , only took Nemer of Saratoga hour and half to replace the water pump very quick did the job while I waited, )

Unfortunately I had an issue with a recent repair. I understand repairing modern vehicles is not as straight forward as we would like it to be, in this case how the "after repair" was handled was outstanding. Repair details aside, I felt compelled to offer my review of the dealership because, although we weren't successful on the first repair attempt, the dealership stood behind their work and helped with the final resolution. As you may have experienced with automotive repairs and warranties, it is all too easy to cast the blame somewhere else and either hit the customer for more repairs or simply write them off and move on. That was not my experience with Nemer, they were very interested in making sure my Jeep and I were well taken care of. I am very impressed and will definitely be back should my Jeep need more repairs. Thank you Fred and Tom!

I took my truck in for an oli change and tire rotation. I was met and assisted by Service Advisor Nicole, who assisted me with checking in my vehicle, reviewing the work to be done that day, and then escorting me to the waiting area. Less than 90 minutes later on a busy morning, Nicole was helping me check out and receive my truck. So far, all seems to have gone well!
