Had the wonderful opportunity to work with new Carlisle dodge and purchase my dream car. I drove 7 hours to make it happen and in return I was taken care of like family. Each sales person, manager, and finance manager treated me fantastic kept their word, and gave me a fair deal. New Carlisle is the real deal, wish more dealers near me could be like these guys. You guys have made one happy customer thanks guys!

Awesome place to buy a car. I came from out of state to trade a vehicle for one of their trucks. I was working with Randall and he made the entire process super simple. It was the most straight forward and easy vehicle purchase I have ever done. We discussed pricing for the trade in and new vehicle over the phone and they stayed exactly true to their word no games, just honest business.

What a great dealership I wish I would have found them many years ago. The customer service is just fantastic. Matt the Service Manager and Scott the New Car Sales Manager are both one of a kind. You could not ask for better people to work with. I was in the dealership several times and I did not hear not one negative comment from any employee. They are more like family than a team. After several visits I ended up purchasing a 2024 Jeep Gladiator at a great price and I love it. I want to thank Matt and Scott for a truly great experience.

Will not go back! Multiple issues. Final straw. Booked an oil change, which should have been simple. Get there at the day/time they told me to not be on the schedule. Eli said he would get me in. Sue was very rude to him and said she had a customer getting an oil change now. I specifically asked how long it would take on the phone when scheduling, I was told they book for an hour but shouldn’t be more than 30 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes and my car not moving from where I parked I asked for my car keys back and they didn’t even care to ask why.

This is a nice, friendly, small town dealership. The reason for only four stars is the lack of conveniences such as loaner vehicles when your vehicle needs to be left for warranty work that requires an extended amount of time. Pickup and delivery is not offered. Normal services such as an oil change must be scheduled, with wait times of nearly two weeks to get in. Again, friendly, interactive staff, with competitive prices. Just not the same level of services offered by larger, big city, dealerships.
