This dealerships' service department is top notch! Borys kept me in the loop and Jeff, the service manger, went to bat for me with a major issue. In fact out of 3 Mazda dealerships, New Century Mazda was the only one to diagnose and then make the corporate suggested fix to my 2023 CX-50 which meant removal of my drivers side rear inner fender panel. They offered me a hybrid loaner for the duration of my repair. That meant a lot to me as we are paying over $6/gal in this part of L.A. Keep this review in mind when choosing your Mazda dealership for service.

New Century Mazda is the way to go. They are honest and will work with you, if you tell them you don't want something they listen, no pressure. Tell them what you want and they'll try and make it happen. Big thanks to Mark for working with me on getting my new mazda 3, i love it! 🤝
