Today i collected a new custom Ordered BMW M2 from New Country BMW Hartford, and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in years. I buy a lot of cars at least one or two a year! I was excited to pick up my 2023 BMW X5 yesterday. I had asked for some small chips to be touched up when I put a deposit on the car. Yesterday I noticed many had not been handled. They agreed to do that as soon as a loaner if available. Last night I took a closer look at everything and this is what I found. Leaves and sticks in the engine area. Tires that are so rotted that need replacing. I contacted the sales and business manager last night and this morning. Let’s hope this works out and they replace them. Always check every detail at this place. Under the hood the tires etc. fingers crossed they fix it all.
