Austin at the front desk kept me updated and explained my options; Angel sends great videos while working on my car which really help me understand more about the mechanics. Thanks to people like Angel my car has kept good value and of course is a blast to drive. Comfortable waiting area and very easy to schedule appointments.

I recently had my mini countryman serviced at New Country, and as expected, GREAT experience, GREAT service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain clearly what would be done, and completed the work on schedule. The quality of the service was excellent—my car runs well. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the way they kept me informed throughout the process - even providing a video detailing the service. The vehicle was delivered with incorrect 45 PSI shipping pressures due to a failed PDI inspection. This caused a sidewall bubble on a brand-new Hankook tire within 4 days. Despite a call to Mini Corporate, no dealership would take responsibility for the factory prep error, forcing me to pay $300 out of pocket on a brand-new car just to make it safe for my wife to drive. Extremely disappointed in the lack of brand accountability. The service Rep was very nice though... if that matters.
