Amazing staff! Sales Associate Draylon Lambert made the car buying process smooth and pleasant. We were shopping around for a vehicle and knew exactly what we wanted. Saw the new vehicle listed in their inventory on their website. We contacted them to make sure the vehicle was in their lot before making the drive. He offered to start the paperwork, run our credit and apply for financing options all via phone and text. I was amazed on how much he accomplished without us being present. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour!!! That’s unheard of!! Oh and he started the paperwork to buy our used vehicle and would send us a quote the following day. I am definitely coming back to buy our family’s second vehicle replacement. Thank you Mr. Lambert!

We were on our way home from GA when our alternator died. We still had 10 hours of driving ahead of us and thought we might have to stay in Wytheville another day. Even though the Service Center was understaffed due to the holiday weekend, they had us back on the road in 3 hours! Everyone there was super friendly and the waiting area chairs are quite comfy. There's even a play area for small children. This place is great@

I stopped by for a quick safety inspection, and they were incredibly accommodating. They had my truck in and out in about 15 minutes. They were also very kind and respectful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate them fitting me in so quicklyas it allowed me to stay on schedule. We’ll definitely be bringing all of our vehicles to them from now on.

This is the first time I have bought a brand new car in my life and I’m 59. I went there to just look to get an idea of what was in stock because my family and I have been buying our vehicles from Carmax over the last 10 years. I just thought that if I could buy from someone closer to home it would be more convenient but I’m a loyal kind of person so I hated to leave what I knew and trusted. With that being said …this young , customer driven sales team at New Detect Dodge has been awesome! I change my mind from a used van to a new van after they had already gotten all the paperwork done! and they had to redo all the paperwork for the new van. They all were so nice and professional. I’m very pleased to see that old fashioned customer service return to car dealerships. A special shout out to Jaylyn and Sammy who opened and closed the deal. Most of all to Josh who had the patience of a saint! and made me feel like I wanted to buy this new car and I could trust this team to take care of me and my new van for as long as I own it.
