I had a positive experience at N.E. Cycle Works! ... sales rep Justin G. worked with me to get me onto a new bike, he was very knowledgeable, personable & professional. Its a smaller shop, (mom & pop type), but very capable of competing with the bigger outlets! They carry lots of machines, have a good selection of apparel & a nice parts dept. too. It sits off the main drag & has plenty of parking.

My shopping experience at New England Cycle Works was outstanding from my first visit to my purchase day. I started out shopping to find the right bike, I was greeted at the door by Chris. He was very helpful and must have pulled out 6 different bikes for me to sit on and check out in that visit. I stopped by a few more times while I narrowed down my choices and ultimately ended up ordering in the exact bike I wanted, a 2025 kawasaki Z650 abs. The whole process was quick and easy. On my actual purchase day my bike had just been delivered prior to my arrival so it was not ready yet, but I was able to see it brand new in the crate, and we went out to the shop after the transaction to see it getting set up. They ended up delivering it to my house an hour away the next morning which was awesome! Chris helped me thru the whole process from financing, insurance, registration, to buying accessories. He also walked me thru the bike showing me all of the features. I will absolutely continue to give them my business as they were the best dealer that I visited for customer service and fair pricing.

When I finally bought my very first motorcycle—a 2025 Ninja 500—Justin made the entire process seamless and pleasant. As a new rider, I appreciated his patience, guidance, and the practical advice he shared to ensure I felt confident and prepared. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience genuinely enjoyable. I also want to commend the staff upstairs, especially the young man with ginger hair who assisted me in choosing my new gear. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this impressed with customer service. I highly recommend New England Cycle Works to anyone in the market for a motorcycle or gear—the entire team sets the bar for what a dealership experience should be.

Justin was amazing and quick. Communicated with me every day to keep me updated about the process and never left me in the dark about anything. Handled all of the financial paperwork and even battled insurance for a little bit to get this sale finished. What a great guy. Even took extra time out of his day to come outside and show me how this bike works Seeing it’s my first bike. Couldn’t recommend this place and Justin more than I am right now outstanding job.

Just left new england cycle works. They made everything seamless and easy. They took money off on accessories in the future for being a purchaser. Justin g answered all my questions and again made everything very seamless for me. Thanks again guys! I highly recommend making your power sport purchases with these guys.
