Do not buy a car from this place unless you have it thoroughly inspected on a lift first. My 16-year-old daughter purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from them for $2,900. We understood that a car at that price would have cosmetic flaws, but before the sale, their employee told us the only issue was the front brakes, which he agreed to replace. He also agreed to recharge the A/C, and repeatedly assured both my daughter and me that the car had no other problems. After a delay due to a broken bolt and replacement caliper, they completed the brake repair, charged the A/C, and told us the car was ready. When we picked it up, the employee described it as a “solid little car” that should last my daughter years with proper maintenance. Because the car was for my teenage daughter, I had my brother inspect it a few days later. After removing only two wheels, he discovered several major safety issues that would have been obvious while the car was on a lift for the brake work. None of these problems were disclosed before the sale. I contacted the employee I dealt with and initially he asked me to bring the car back and send photos of the issues. I sent the photos three separate times, but after receiving them, he stopped responding. I then had an independent shop perform a full inspection. They were shocked by the vehicle’s condition and stated that it was not safe to be driven on the road. Aside from the brakes, none of these serious defects were disclosed to us. I believe they knowingly sold an unsafe vehicle without properly informing us of its condition, putting my daughter and other motorists at risk. I have filed a complaint with the State of New Hampshire, and if necessary, I will pursue legal action to recover my daughter’s $2,900. In New Hampshire, selling a vehicle “as is” does not protect a seller from failing to disclose known defects. Be extremely cautious if considering a purchase from this dealership. In my experience, they were deceptive and more concerned with making a sale than with customer safety.
Horribly rude and unprofessional. Car broke down that we purchased about 10 minutes or so after leaving. Husband was yelled at and hung up on, paid $340 for a tow.” Brandon “ was rude and condescending to me in messages. Refused to pay for tow. Car had oil in the coolant. Refused refund for exchange of car. Would not come to “dealership” issued temp tag for a vehicle that clearly didn’t run. Had sales person call him and he was rude and completely unprofessional on the phone. I have been in the auto industry for over 10 years. If a customer called me less than a half hour after a purchase, the first thing I would do is APOLOGIZE and offer to come pick them up. Not tell them off. Horrible experience edit per his response: completely untrue and have the screenshots to prove so. The car died while running. The state police showed up and a tow was mandatory on a state highway. After my husband was hung up on and sat on the side of the road after me arguing with you for an hour or so, yes, it was towed back. We were told absolutely no refund and we ARE NOT SATISFIED. We never were an never will be. We had no choice but to leave with another crappy replacement, as we were already out $2500, a $341 bill you refused to cover saying “it’s not my car” and an angry tow driver and state trooper, plus hours of wasted time. This review is completely consistent with others, as well as your others on other platforms. You never apologize to any of your customers nor make it right. You should not be operating as a dealership. Customer service and safety should be your utmost priority.
If I could give no stars I would. Thought I was getting good responses from Brandon, but I was getting lied too. Needed a 7+ seater, ready to drive home. Drove 4 hours and over 300 miles from Maine to look at 2 vehicles. Both were supossed to be ready to go and make the long drive home. One of them wouldn't start, they knew it needed a starter before I came and didnt tell me. It didn't have any seats, and was missing interior plastic coverings. Electric hazard for kids. Not disclosed or shown in pictures. Had 35,000 more miles than advertised. Vehicle 2, started. But was told once there it needed tire rods and would shake going down the road, and it has a misfire. Plus it was advertised at 200,000, I almost cried when I found out it had 286,000. They then tried to convince me to let them work on them or look at something that didnt fit my family. Both listed at 2900, not worth 1000 either of them. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND RESOURCES. I do not recommend them to anyone.
So many people are in a tight spot nowadays and want to pay cash for a car. The owner and team have great customer service are knowledgeable, offering advice and options. They will work with you to put you in a solid car that meets your needs and budget. It's worth the trip!
I purchased a car. I paid 2950 Dollars I can show you the purchase price online. I paid $50 for the inspection $50 for the oil change and 100 for the delivery that equals $3150.. He gave me a receipt. When I went there to pick up the title application, bill of sale…. He suddenly couldn’t find it. Keep in mind that my friend drove me because I obviously did not have a vehicle and witnessed everything. He told me on the messages that he would have it delivered. Then he said to me well you said on the messages you would come pick it up. I only said that because he refused to deliver. I understand there’s over 200,000 miles on it. I expect down the road there may be problems. However, when I picked it up, there was a wrench light warning, and also saying service needed. When you purchase a car regardless of how much it needs to be repaired, you do it can’t wait to see what he says to me next. Do not ever purchase a vehicle from him. I am going to another mechanic to make sure that everything is all set and I will pay them because I know damn well if I go there, he’s gonna charge me and then not fix it. I challenge his explanation. you all need to understand before I had breast cancer. I worked in multiple specialties at as a registered nurse. He came at me with a bunch of things and guess what it’s called deflection provocation, gaslighting and that’s what people do when they have mental illness be aware.
