Had a great experience at Newark Toyota World. Everyone involved was professional, friendly, and willing to work with me on pricing to make sure I was comfortable with the deal. Jason was our salesperson, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He made everything easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Dave was great with assisting us through getting our truck serviced and accommodating our needs. Both my wife and I service our Toyota’s here and only here & Dave is always our guy we use. However the service techs disappointed me a bit this time. I am very particular about the care of my vehicles. With the coolant flush I had done, I noticed after I have left that there was coolant all over the front bumper of my truck and everywhere in the engine bay, coolant hose, & hood. I cleaned it up when I got home, but the techs need to be a bit more careful and clean up any messes after the service.

Have had to go here a few times so far, and we've always had a great experience! DJ helped us out last time, and Dave Ferguson helped us out this time, and they both did a fantastic job! Love that they also give you the ability to schedule appointments via email, makes it so simple.

From the moment I arrived for service until the time I left, Dave Ferguson’s level of customer service was exceptional. I haven’t experienced service like this in years. I only wish there were more people like Dave in the world!
