My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Newberg Chevy, and both times we've had great experiences! Must recently, Isaiah helped us and the entire process took 2 hours! We've bought alot of vehicles, and I am pleased to learn that the process has greatly improved and streamlined! No BS! Casey did a great job helping us buy our new Yukon denali today. This was the best customer service I've received from a dealership. I would highly recommend coming here. I traveled 3.5hrs and they treated me like family.

We traded in a vehicle and got a new to us toyota sienna about a month ago. The experience was definitely amazing and much appreciated. When i called the staff was friendly and was quick to tell me about the vehicle I was interested in with helpful knowledge and no pressure or pushing to purchase. We decided to go for the deal, but we live an hour away and so timing was hard to plan out. They offered to us as long as we wanted to do the trade in, that they would drive the new vehicle to us and take the trade in back to there businesses. One hour later Dylan arrived with all the paperwork and the sienna. Dylan was perfect for the job, he was very friendly, relatable, and never made us feel awkward or uncomfortable. Sales Person Isaiah Highly recommend this guy specifically. I have been through a life changing event which left me without a car (that I purchased from this same location) for about four months, dealing with insurance companies and logistics I was very defeated just thinking about aspects of even getting a new car on my own. I actually did that and Isaiah made it simple, smooth and with all due respect ...he has a great smile 😂😂.. you made the process reassuring and customer focused.
