Buying a new car from Jake Day at New Castle Motors was as easy as seating down, ordering the car I wanted, and having it delivered in a short amount of time. Jake handled all the details of my order very professionally and I got exactly what I wanted. His communication skills are exceptional, keeping me informed with any updates as we went along. When the car arrived, Jake brought the car to me. He was well organized with the paperwork and with just a signature, I had the keys in my hand and a brand new car. These guys are so great. We have a truck that would not start. Even though they were VERY busy, they got to our truck quickly and fixed the starter. Absolutely will go to them for all our Chevy service.

I dealt with Jake Day in sales and Ashton in finance and couldn’t be happier with these two, and my overall experience with buying a truck from Newcastle Motors. I bought sight-unseen and put a lot of trust into Jake and that he was representing the vehicle condition factually. He was. They got my deal done as fast as they could and Jake delivered it right to my place, full of fuel and with a baseball cap on the back seat. I would 100% do business with them again.

I just want everybody out there be forewarned... They are con artists and they will try to strong arm you and get money out of you one way or another. I had an outstanding bill with them for some mechanical work that they did not need to do, I called and came upon an agreement with them to pay 50% and they would forgive the rest considering my motor was blown up and they did over $500 worth of work that was unnecessary. Now they have contacted the sheriff's department and threatened I have a $700 littering fine imposed upon me for my vehicle still being there. Be forewarned they will try to con you out of your money. Of course if I send the title to them, which I am at the moment, then they will forget about it. I think all they want to do is fix the motor (probably already have...) and have a car that they can sell for $5,000 to $7,000. I wouldn't buy a piece of bubble gum from them ever again. Cheapskate, con artists, liars. Their service manager is the biggest of them all.
