I never felt pressured, and she genuinely tried her best to help me find a solution that worked for my budget and situation. Even with all my questions, insurance paperwork, financing follow-ups, and scheduling changes, Tatiana remained kind, supportive, and professional the entire time. I am changing my review solely based on three people that work in this organization. Liz, Jackie, and Fatima. If you see seek clear communication and excellent customer service these ladies are the only reason to visit this location. I should have read the reviews however I trusted Jackie who was very helpful long ago with some financial support. Unfortunately, the exemplary customer service you receive from Liz, Jackie, and Fatima service does not translate to the rest of the organization. The reviews are accurate, the issues have been ongoing it seems for too long, so what does management plan on doing to make sure their master technicians actually service your car properly? I have been a repeat customer since 2007 that was my first Mitsu, and this will be my last. The lack of response from Senior management is clear message back to consumers. If you are using this location, hold them accountable and ensure your car maintenance is completed properly. Good luck ladies. I hope you can change the people and culture, and overall environment in your organization. Not only do people deserve quality customer service from you, but they also deserve quality technicians to keep us safe on the roads.

Recently bought a new vehicle. Amazing service, very friendly staff. No pressure walking me through all the options and models. Tatiana was so nice and excellent to deal with. Extremely helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff were welcoming friendly and would recommend anyone looking for a Mitsubishi to go to the Newmarket Dealership. I can't thank them enough with there help and service.
