What a great service department! I had our Pacifica serviced for a few issues while spending a day at the City of Hope with my wife. From start to finish, excellent service. Preston was especially helpful and informative. I will definitely recommend taking your vehicle to these fine people for service. It's probably the best service department at a dealership I have found in 40 years. They also go the extra mile to help show their customers that they care. Great people and place!

Brandon was amazing with helping us! We purchased our first car! On top of that, a very nice, reasonably priced, and well maintained 2022 Ford Explore, timerline edition! He made sure to point out all the detail, and the facts on the car! Will be back to see him in the future!

Had an airbag recall. I dropped it off and supposedly they had the new airbags to replace them. They quoted me 2 days. Dropped it off on a Wednesday morning. Expecting it to be done some time Friday or Saturday. Got a call late Saturday night saying “one of mechanics broke the new airbag, it will be gone Monday.” wasn’t done until Tuesday evening. I felt like they were never telling me truth and dragging me on. They finally did warn me that if they cracked the dash it wasn’t there responsibly to replace it cause they don’t make it anymore. They cracked my dash… surprise surprise.
