Awesome experience. 2nd car I have bought off power in the 7 years I have lived here. Ayden is a great listener and follows up on any questions an concerns. Had already gotten my bike appraised there before as a trade in an a year later Ayden was able to offer me $1000.00 more for my bike then the prior salesman. I see this as him being a least greedy salesman an a more honest salesman. That’s a big number when you’re getting into finance. I’d strongly recommend using Ayden as a sales man if you choose power.

Had a great experience at newport ford, Jr Doran was our salesman, he did an amazing job and was able to break down prices and warranties in a way i could understand. He didn’t pressure me into making a decision i didn't want to make and made sure i was happy with everything before moving forward. Id definitely recommend him as you’re salesman if you’re looking to buy a car!

Bought a car from them beginning of August, that process was pretty fast. However less than 3 months later I now have a car with a seized engine , a car loan, kid with failing kidneys and no light at the end of my tunnel. Update Big thanks to Noelle and Doug!!! They picked up and fixed the problem When it was not their liability. They gave me a service loaner while They replaced the engine!! I now have a running vehicle!!! I appreciate the time and effort you put in for my family. Thank you!!

Newport Ford I give a 5 star rating because they deserve it - in the end getting the car you want and will fit your needs is the bottom line. This dealership went above and beyond to allow me to figure out just what I really wanted , it can get a bit convoluted with all the different options , Newport Ford allowed me the leeway to figure it out. Sure they made a little money on me and my trades ….. but I have the comfort of knowing I have a dealership to come back to if I have issues later , and that alone gives me peace of mind. Everyone involved did a great job assisting me - I support Ford of Newport Or.
