I recently purchased a slightly used vehicle from Subaru Newmarket, and I can honestly say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I had the pleasure of working with Travis in sales, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked into the building, I felt genuinely welcomed. Travis has a very calm and attentive approach—never pushy—and he really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He helped me find the perfect fit without any pressure. What stood out most was his attention to detail. Before I drove off, he carefully walked me through all of the car’s features to make sure I felt confident and comfortable. Even after the purchase, he followed up to check in and make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. The finance process was just as smooth. Dylan, the finance manager, provided exceptional service and made everything feel easy and stress-free. He clearly explained all of the paperwork and ensured I understood every step, which made a big difference. I also want to give a shoutout to the service department—they did an incredible job detailing the car. It’s a 2-year-old vehicle, but it honestly looked and felt brand new when I picked it up. One thing that really impressed me was during the inspection: although the tires technically passed, the team noticed some weather cracking and proactively replaced them with a brand new set. That level of care and integrity is rare. There were no hidden fees, no pressure—just genuine, old-school customer service done right. I’m extremely happy with my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and I can confidently say this won’t be my last Subaru from Newmarket. Great job to the whole team!

When I walked into the NewRoads Subaru Newmarket last week and meet Jonathan Mersereau, I did not expect I would have been walking out buying a 2026 Forester on the spot. I went in to look at what Subaru had as far as a sedan vehicle but once I looked at the models in the showroom, I found that the Forester was easy to get in and out of, had the space I needed and the luxury I wanted. Jonathan made the experience great. He took me out on a test drive, was able to explain everything nicely and answer all my questions. His sincerity and enthusiasm about the car instilled trust and confidence. It was a pleasure making the decision to purchase the showroom model on the spot. They even drove it out to get ready while I was there. The financing experience with Leo was also very easy. He explained all the warranties and financing options. I never spent so much money so easily and quickly. HAHA. A week later, on a rainy Saturday morning, Jonathan had the car nice and warm and ready for the grand tour to help explain and set-up all the features. He spent about an hour with me going through all the flashy buttons and display screen. He was like a kid with a new toy. I think he was more excited than I was. He was definitely excited for me. It was a great experience all around with everyone at the dealership. No pressure tactics, just facts and enthusiasm. And it is a great vehicle. Love the drive and premier luxury. Jonathan was the best. I will highly recommend him to anyone who is considering a Subaru. Thank you for all your help Jonathan.

I called and ended up speaking with Francis who booked an appt for me the next day. He was courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The manager Rob gave me more than asking for my vehicle which helped a lot and then Leo in finance sealed the deal by getting me a great rate and delivered the car within a couple days. I'll try and keep this short and sweet. I purchased a new BRZ from NewRoads and the customer service from first email to receiving the keys was top-notch, absolute 10/10. Mark, Sean and Dylan were involved throughout the process, I can't give them enough praise for their professionalism and for making the entire experience for me as smooth as possible. They were always available (and remain so after the purchase), answered all my questions and were never pushy with "extras".
