The finance guy was so great and helpful with my dad. At 90, he's purchased several Fords and he was more than thrilled with how easy the process was. We had a wonderful experience. I had my car fixed at this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Initially, I took my car in for repairs, knowing that my warranty would be difficult to work with. Despite this, the service representative assured me that they would handle the issue. In the end, I ended up paying nearly $2,000 for repairs, but my car is still having problems. A few months later, my car broke down again, so I took it to another mechanic to diagnose the issue. Upon inspection, I discovered that the repair work done at this Ford dealership was subpar—several bolts were either missing or loose, and oil was spilled all over the engine. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I paid for repairs. When I reached out to the person who had helped me originally, I was told that there was nothing they could do since I was now in a different state. It's incredibly disappointing to know that the dealership was aware of the issues from the beginning and still proceeded with a costly fix that clearly didn't address the real problems. I’m left with a car that still isn’t fixed, more money out of pocket, and a sense of being taken advantage of. I expected much better service, especially considering the amount I spent. It's unfortunate that the dealership chose not to take responsibility for the poor quality of their work. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience
