The finance manager was equally impressive. He was welcoming, patient, and did a great job explaining the numbers in a way that was easy to understand. He made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was how comfortable and confident I felt throughout the experience. Just purchased a range Rover for my wife. This place was simply amazing with the courtesy, the professionalism and the non-pushy salesperson (Jessica) and financial department. Before I even left I was literally looking for a car for my daughter. Even the owner asked me if we were comfortable with the process and how everything was going. Excellent place of business. Will be looking in the future to purchase more vehicles.

I'd like to take the time out to recommend stopping in at Nextgear Motors if you're in search of a used automobile. I have never had an experience with a used car dealer that had such a commitment to customer satisfaction from start to finish! I originally came in for a tesla purchase. Although they encouraged that purchase they didn't press me to stick to that particular car and supported my decision to move forward with cheaper purchase. But here's where they earned my respect. I drove off the lot after signing and realized there was an issue. Not only did they attempt for days to repair in-house they didn't quit but made the decision to send it to the dealer for repair. I can't say this will happen in every case because this is a business. It's the fact that they are willing to. Each vehicle has car fax provided and each sale is an honest sale. A big shoutout to my sales rep Jess who's an absolute sweat heart but she's gonna shoot it to you straight, "this purchase is about you and not anybody else" . Kian whom I believe was the sales lead that finalized the sale was cool and down to earth. He was patient and considerate even when it got down to signing. Not one moment did i feel RUSHED! and lastly ALi in the title department, he was my point of contact the entire time nextgear and volvo had my vehicle. I know i got aggravating at times 🤣 but ALi remained professional and patient even texting the evening of pickup to ensure the vehicle was running well. Man you guys are awesome!
