Exceptional Service Above & Beyond! My senior mom stopped in to the Niagara Motors service department worried about her tire pressure. She happened to arrive right at closing time, just before the Christmas holidays, with the lights already going off. Shaun and Will immediately sensed her concern and handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism. They calmed her nerves, checked and pressurized all four tires, reset the sensors, and made sure she left feeling safe and confident. The entire visit was quick, thoughtful, and stress-free. And to our surprise, they didn’t even charge her, even though the warranty had expired just a month prior. This type of genuine care is rare. Shaun and Will truly went the extra mile for a senior who needed a bit of reassurance, and we are very grateful. I will be moving all of my GM service to Niagara Motors.
