My purchase from this dealership was the first time I had ever visited the lot. I met JC to test drive the 2026 Chevy Traverse. Very relaxed experience, laidback environment. No pushy sales pitches, just let me enjoy the vehicle. I came back on a Friday met with JC and started the process of paperwork. Very professional, smooth and efficient transaction. I was never stuck waiting, rather we moved swiftly through the process. An equitable deal was made the first time, shortly thereafter moved to finance and when done with finance, the vehicle was ready for delivery.
