The staff at Nick Mayer are very friendly, greeting you whenever you are in the showroom. They have a lot of Lincolns on the lot to look at, but we were looking for an Aviator with specific options and color combo; our salesperson Tim was helpful in securing it from a dealer in Detroit. Tim is very knowledgeable and also kept in contact with us while we waited for delivery. Within a week we had our new Lincoln Aviator and the detailers did a great job getting it in pristine condition. Olivia in finance got us on our way pretty quickly; she has a sweet little 6# dog named Mr Bigs that makes the place feel personable. We would definitely recommend this dealer and will be back when it’s time for a new vehicle. Thank you!

Second great experience buying a vehicle at this dealership. Sales staff was very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. The finance staff is not pushy during the closing process like most other dealers. Mr. Bigs was a very nice individual to meet during closing. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Lucy mentioned she is newer to this dealership but she is very much experienced in the industry and a great addition to this team. She did an EXCELLENT job! Ken, Olivia and Randy were also great.
