Niello MINI

Best Mini dealership! I had a fast and great experience with Abraham. I was in and out of there in 2 hrs (which is fast for dealerships). He was very kind, not pushy and super helpful. I’ve been and bought from other Mini dealers, but they are the only ones who give you swag! They give you a BMW Niello bag, two Mini keychains, a pen and a first aid kit in a nice leather pack. Erica, from finance, was super fast and helpful too. Overall, a good buying experience. Will definitely buy BMWs and MINIs from here moving forward even though I live 2 hrs away. Worth it! 10/10

Was told one thing by the man who made the appointment and another by service writer. I live a great distance and wasted my time. I have always brought my mini there but may have to consider someone else.

My recent experience with Niello was the most disappointing in my 30 years of vehicle purchases. I encountered repeated instances of misinformation regarding the purchase status and misrepresentation of the vehicle’s equipment. Since I purchased the car remotely, I relied heavily on the salesperson’s descriptions, which turned out to be inaccurate—a frustrating situation. Despite paying via wire transfer, it took three weeks and multiple follow-ups to receive the title. I eventually had to involve the GSM because neither the salesperson nor the supervisor could provide accurate updates. Given this experience, I wouldn’t consider purchasing from Niello again and am surprised that MINI USA allows them to represent the brand. Overall, I cannot recommend Niello MINI based on my experience.

I recently got my dream car from Niello MINI and had the best experience. Erika made the process very smooth and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The customer service at Niello was some of the best I have encountered while car shopping, they were up front and helpful every step of the way. If you are in the market for a MINI I highly recommend letting the people at Niello take care of you.
