# Summary Experiences at this dealership vary significantly, with some customers praising the sales team's friendliness and staff members like Cedrick, Gab, Emilie, and Adel Wahba for their professionalism and attentiveness, while others report serious frustrations with after-sales service, including inadequate support for vehicle issues, poor documentation management, and concerns about the quality of pre-delivery inspections. The dealership appears to recover well when management becomes involved in resolving complaints, though some customers have experienced problems severe enough to reconsider their brand loyalty entirely.

I leased a Nissan Leaf from this dealership about two and a half years ago. During the sales process, the team was extremely friendly and eager to earn my business — as expected. Unfortunately, the after-sales experience has been the complete opposite. This past winter, I experienced serious issues with the heating system. Despite contacting multiple dealerships, I was unable to receive a clear explanation or proper support. It’s very disappointing to continue paying for a vehicle while not receiving adequate service when problems arise. Additionally, I purchased a windshield protection plan at the time of lease, which clearly stated that one replacement was covered. When my windshield was damaged by a stone last winter and inspected at this dealership, I was told there was no such protection plan on file and that I would have to pay out of pocket. After doing my own research and locating my contract, I confirmed that the protection plan had indeed been purchased and documented. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is concerning. As a consumer in Canada, I cannot recommend the Nissan Leaf or this dealership based on my experience. There are many other electric vehicle options on the market offering better service and customer support. This will be my last experience with this dealership and with this particular brand.

I just took delivery of my new 2026 Nissan Leaf, and I cannot say enough good things about the team at Nissan Brossard! From the very beginning, the negotiation process was incredibly smooth, transparent, and—honestly—a lot of fun. They were not pushy whatsoever, which made the whole experience stress-free. A massive shout-out to Cedrick, Gab, and Emilie! I had a special request regarding my order, and they went completely above and beyond to accommodate me, making sure everything was perfectly lined up so I could be one of the very first people on the road with the 2026 model. If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely listens, respects your time, and delivers top-tier customer service, go see the team at Nissan Brossard. Thank you all for making delivery day so memorable!

I was in the market for a used car and didn't know where to go look for one. One night i was driving by Nissan and decided to stop because I saw a nice looking Acura in the parking lot. Long story short, it was in great condition, took it for a test drive and fell in love with it, made a deposit on it and was told by Nissan that a full inspection would be done. When it was time to pick up the car - when i got home i realized the tires on the car were CRACKED - in absolute dangerous condition, they could've exploded on me during any moment. When i saw this i was in absolute shock and made me question if they actually did an inspection. I called Nissan about the tires which they were nice enough to replace, but I decided to take the car for a proper inspection at the Acura dealership. Turns out the back brakes were at 3mm and needed to be replaced and the rear-right shock was done and needed to be replaced as well. I took the report to Nissan quite unhappy as i was promised during delivery that the inspection was done. After a conversation with the manager of used car sales, i don't quite remember what his name was, but he helped us out and he made sure all of the reparations were done and compensated for. It went from quite a shocking experience to a great experience thanks to the manager! Very happy with the way it ended and they finally delivered on their original promise of delivering me a car in safe and road-worthy condition to drive in! Thank you to the manager for making this whole thing possible.

If you’re considering buying a Nissan, I would strongly suggest thinking twice. I own a 2023 Nissan Rogue that had no issues at all until just after the warranty expired. One day, I received a call from the dealership about a recall, saying there was a manufacturing defect that could potentially cause engine failure. I brought my vehicle in, and they reprogrammed the engine and replaced a turbo hose. Just a couple of days later, the problems started. The engine warning light came on. I contacted the dealership, and they asked me to bring the car back for inspection. After checking, they told me the turbo needed to be replaced. However, since my car was just out of warranty, they said I would have to pay for it myself. They even initially wanted to charge me for the inspection (though that fee was eventually waived). What’s frustrating is that this issue only appeared after I followed their recall instructions. They also claimed that the turbo problem is unrelated to the engine, which is hard to accept given the timing. I’ve also heard of a similar case in Toronto, where another owner experienced the same issue after responding to a recall call. Based on my experience, if your Nissan vehicle currently has no issues, you may want to think carefully before participating in recall-related repairs. And if you’re considering buying a Nissan, it might be worth looking into other brands as well.

I had a very positive experience at Nissan Brossard. Very nice cars, friendly and professional staff, specially mr. Adel Wahba. He was very helpful and explained to me in details and patience all the features of my new car. I love my new Nissan Kicks! Thank you very much to all the team at Nissan Brossard!
