Negligence, Zero Responsibility, and a Serious Safety Risk – Nissan PAT Completely Failed Us I am beyond disappointed with Nissan PAT. My Nissan Rogue, still under full warranty and with only 4,000 km, already has damaged brake disks. Any responsible dealership would fix this immediately under warranty — but Nissan PAT refused. To make sure I wasn’t mistaken, I took the car to two independent certified mechanics: AMM Garage and Isaaq & Sons. Both mechanics gave me the same urgent warning: the disks are in dangerous condition and must be replaced immediately. They told me this is not normal, especially for such low mileage, and that it is unsafe to drive, especially with my two kids in the car. I even have photos from the inspections as proof. When I went back to Nissan PAT with all this evidence, instead of taking responsibility, the manager simply told me to “file a complaint with Nissan Canada .” They pushed the problem onto me instead of fixing a clear and serious safety issue on a vehicle THEY leased. This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s dangerous negligence. Nissan PAT ignored professional inspection results, dismissed a real safety hazard, and showed zero concern for the fact that I am driving this vehicle daily with my children. Avoid Nissan PAT at all costs. They do not honor their warranties, they do not care about customer safety, and they refuse to take responsibility even when the issue is obvious and documented.

THIEVES!!! incompetent and dishonest. They do not do the job they are supposed to. They break things on purpose then tell you that you need to pay to fix it. Brought the car in for an alignment. They said that the ball joint needs to be repaired- ok, do it then they somehow broke the arm and asked me to pay for it. After getting the car, it still felt off - brought to another garage a few days after to verify the alignment, the person told me that alignment was never done and showed me the proof on the machine. They helped align the vehicle and driving like it should. The Gabriel group has the worst mechanics, I would rather go to Canadian tires - STAY AWAY

Brought my car (2017 Nissan Sentra) in for diagnostic and repair. The staff and technicians communicated every step of the process, called for clarifications when needed and called for permission for each repair, with an estimated cost of that repair. The repairs were done quickly, cost estimates were accurate, I was able to see a video of the issue (which may be specific to the repair I had done) and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't recommend this dealer more for repairs.
