Great customer service when they know they are going to get a sale out of you, but once the deal is done, you simply don't matter!When I started the negotiation of my trade-in, I was reassured by the Salesman that everything would be taken care of and my scheduled payment for my old vehicle would not pass. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, I had a feeling it was still going to be taken from my bank, so while waiting to finalize everything, I asked if I should call the bank to put a stop payment. I was told it was not necessary, but was my choice. I called the bank and then mid-call, the woman I had originally asked (who consulted with someone else right in front of me), reassured me that if the payment was withdrawn, all I had to do was email proof from my bank app to the man who sold me the car and I would receive a cheque directly from the dealership. Instead he called Nissan finance, who said they would reimburse my account...a MINIMUM of a month later! I messaged back and told him that I would prefer for the dealership to honor the promise of the cheque and that THEY receive the reimbursement from Finance, because I had my son's orthodontist to pay and I could not afford to make 2 car payments and that. He got back to me saying he called Finance to see if it could be moved along and that I would receive it by the end of March. I said ok thanks, still not acceptable and you are ignoring what I am asking of the dealership (to honor a commitment made on Feb 20th, not the end of March), which is to cut me the cheque, so I don't have to embarrass myself with my son's orthodontist, because of their error and that I would like him to kindly forward our email communication to his manager, so he is aware of my request. I said if they refused, then I would no longer pursue it, but that I would not go to them for servicing of the vehicle, as I believe, integrity in customer service is important. And he left me on read. No f's given about my situation. Thanks Nissan Gabriel St-Jaques 🙄

I want to thank to your service agent Sabine Jarjour. She Is well organized , find my appointment in a second and very clear to confirm all the services I requested. She reminded me to change oil professionally as I didn’t thought about that. Although the waiting a bit long (4hours ) but She follows up , and keeps me posted with all the steps where we are. The best experience with Nissan Canada so far! Please keep her with you :)
