I unfortunately had to purchase a car one year earlier than expected. I did a lot of research non- stop for 2 weeks on the latest and greatest technology in these new vehicles. I used consumer report's and chtgpt for everything. Price comparison and extended warranty pricing. I called my bank got ok'd for a loan and went shopping. After looking at my budget, I chose Lake Country Nissan. I was greeted with a warm cup of coffee. Bingo ! that got my attention. I told sales person Matthew what I wanted. Did a couple test drives and purchased my car. Everyone was friendly and capable of answering all my questions. It was a pleasant experience surprisingly. Wheeled and dealed with them on product, trade in, But was told I couldn't negotiate price. That's the policy. Just be aware. I have free car washes for life of car and a pretty good maintenance package. As a woman, I felt comfortable. I recommend them highly .

First time here after a move to lake country from milwaukee county. Very impressed with the courtesy and promptness.As well as a comfortable and welcoming waiting room. I feel like i've been coming here for years.
