I had a most pleasant experience with Emily Ferland. Besides doing a superb job she went the extra mile to help us out with many details we asked for after the purchase. She is excellent ! I highly recommend her.

I was looking online for a good used car for my wife, she wanted a Nissan Rogue and Magog Nissan had just the one we were interested in , so I posted my interest and a salesman called Emily Ferland contacted me . She was so easy to deal with, no high pressure, she answered every question I asked of her, her communication skills are second to none , her knowledge of the Rogue was excellent , she furnished a Carfax quickly at my request. She organized the whole process from initial contact , test drive and financing. Emily was off the day I came to test drive the car but she arranged for Andre to give me an opportunity to test drive , he was very low keyed, no pressure, he went over the car with me and gave me the key to drive it. I decide to buy it , put a small deposit , filled out a credit application with Jessica , she was pleasant , patient and knowledgeable as well. Emily arranged to pick the car up the next day. I could not believe how well this team worked together. Nissan Magog is my dealer of choice now! Need a car give Emily a shout !

We purchased a Volvo xc90 from Emily, very happy with the purchase and the sale. Emily went the extra mile always checking on us. My husband went to pick it up from Nova Scotia and they picked him up at the airport. Impressed with service. Edit**** I will caution people from buying another brand of vehicle other than Nissan from this manufacturer, Our hybrid charger stopped working and Nissan Magog would not replace because it was not Nissan, and even though we bought a medium extended warranty they did not cover anything to do with the electric charger. We took it to Volvo who also charged us $60+ for a system upgrade and plus diagnosis fee, and told us had no idea what was wrong with it or how it came about.

I requested an offer from this dealership on their web site and the Sales Rep Emily Ferland contacted me soon after that. We communicated by e-mail as I live about 100 km west of Magog and didn't have a car to meet her in person. Ms. Ferland offered a great price - even better than the dealership I was with for the last 8 eyars. She answered all my e-mails almost immediately and I could see that she really cared to find the best option for me and make me happy with my purchase. Everything was prepared for my arrival to pick up my new Nissan and they even came to pick me up from my home (over 100 km!). We can get "good" service in many places, but it is very rare to get service by people who really care and you see the difference right away. Emily Ferland and the whole Nissan Magog team make a difference!
