I had an inscribe buying experience at Nissan North. Kat was my sales associate and she was beyond wonderful. She listened to my needs intently, price range and payment range. She even had cars picked out prior to arrival. Being a single female shopping for a car was intimidating but Kat made it fun and enjoyable. Ben was my finance manager and talk about going above and beyond for a customer. He really did everything he could to get my payment and extra coverage in a spot i was comfortable with, without asking me to sacrifice my wants and needs. So far, I am very happy with my vehicle. We recently returned to Nissan North to explore the possibility of trading in our 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport, that we purchased there 5 yrs ago, for something a bit bigger. It was still a great car, we just wanted something a bit bigger. We had a positive experience with that purchase, so we thought that would be a good place to start. Salesman Nate S. greeted us in the parking lot, and offered to be available to answer any questions we might have. He was friendly, but laid back, and listened to what we were looking for. We highly recommend him. There was no hovering and no high pressure sales tactics at all! We appreciate that very much! We ended up purchasing a 2023 Rogue SV. They gave us a fair trade in value for our car, and the finance team worked with us to come up with an acceptable finance plan. We are confident it will be a great car for us for many years to come!
