If you’re looking or have been looking try this dealership and you will not be let down! The lot is super clean inside and out and all agents are very nice and ready to help you get into whatever car you want! The guys who helped me were Brandon and Luis, they were pretty awesome and got me into my 2018 ford focus St at a rate that I wanted and I was able to get gap and warranty! They worked hard to find me the best rates and I was able to choose between 2 finance companies. Luis broke everything down between the differences of both companies and what the payment difference would be and how I could save money! The coolest part is they put a bow in your car so you’re able to take a picture with it and you ring a bell while they record for you! I give they an A+++ for their customer service!

I have bought four Nissans from three other Nissan dealerships in the past and this was by far the worst Nissan purchase ever. The one star is for delivery to West Covina but then everything goes out the door. First, We were told that oil changes were going to be included for the first two years/24,000 miles. I asked for a due bill and they said it was automatic since it was a dealer thing. Nope, no oil changes. Then we checked all the boxes to have all hard copy of the paperwork to be mailed since we did everything electronically. Nope, had to go pick it up from West Covina. They really seemed to focus on the one sale vs making a customer for life. Will definitely be returning the Kicks to another Nissan dealership when lease is over. I have bought from Puente Hills, Cerritos and Redlands. I would suggest any of those over Alhambra especially Redlands or Cerritos. My best purchase experience was Redlands (best Frontier inventory for SoCal) even though it was a million miles away and Cerritos was was second best purchase experience and their waiting area is 5 stars and the Auto Square has a shuttle to the mall while you wait.

I just came up here this morning and worked with Alexander and their team and I’m walking out with a new 2026 Pathfinder Platinum Edition. Everyone here is friendly and wonderful. This is the first car dealership I’ve been in that everyone is willing to help and make sure you the customer is comfortable and I love how they put their customers first and above.
