Hello all! So we moved here 4 yrs ago from Az and I have been driving my husbands 4x4 truck in the winter cuz the rear wheel drive in my truck is no good here in cold country. My truck was getting old and adding up the miles so we decided to look online at what Bismarck Motor Company had. We saw a 2018 4x4 Nissan Titan just like my truck!!! We called the night before and spoke with Shanielle about coming to see it and doing a trade in for my 2013 Titan ❤️ She went above and beyond to get everything set up for us, even setting us up with Tyler to get a more detailed video and to answer any questions we had before making a 3 hr trip!! Once there everyone was really nice and helpful. Test drove the new Titan and loved it!! We sat with Tyler and the crew to get all the paperwork and loan set up with all the options to make sure my payment was in the range for my financial situation!! Top notch service for the 3rd time from Dayton. He helped my husband and I with our Murano and Pathfinder purchases. And when our new Pathfinder was totaled in January 2026 due to an accident he was there with help and guidance. Purchased the exact spec car I’d been looking for for months from out of state. Logan Muth was the sales rep the whole process and was absolutely great to work with. This had been a months long process for me before I found this car and these guys at Bismarck Motor Co were by far the best and most respectful working with an out of state buyer. Logan was attentive and answered the million questions I had and sent pictures and videos of the car without me needing to ask once. Always upfront with honesty and 0 surprises. I’m sure if I’d came in personally it would’ve been the easiest car buying purchase by far. If I were local I’d shop with these guys and recommend everybody, they were fair and didn’t do any mark ups, add ons, or haggling with the car price. It was simply what you see is what you get and no surprises or pressure. Corey in Finance handled all the paperwork side of things and was great too.
