What I appreciated most was how Javier took the extra time to explain everything to my 18 year old son as well, ensuring he understood the details of his new vehicle, and worked hard to make the deal happen the same day, and the manager, Nick, was great. He even went the extra mile to help me get all weather mats for the car using their employee discount. Singh in the finance department also made the paperwork side of things smooth and transparent. On Thursday March 12th, I went in for a recall on my car for the rear engine bearing. My car was perfectly fine before giving them the car. I even got the inspection done the week before & it passed. I waited 2hrs until they gave me my car back that day. As I’m pulling into my jobs parking lot my car stops & it was like Christmas on my dashboard with a bunch of lights going off. My dashboard read Engine Malfunction Power Reduced Service Now. I called them immediately & explained what happened. I couldn’t get back to them that day until Friday the 13th. I went to drive my car Friday morning & my car wouldn’t go. I had to call Nissan roadside service for them to tow my car to Nissan. They had my car all day & called at 3pm to let me know my car was ready again. I picked it up & they had said that 2 fuses were burned out & that was causing me issues, if that was the case my car wouldn’t have passed inspection the week before. Once I started to drive the only thing I felt was that my car was forcing itself to drive. Saturday morning comes, I’m driving my car around & at 10:13am it’s Christmas all over again on my dashboard. The same message pops up saying Engine Malfunction Power Reduced Service Now. Now this is the 3rd time I take my car back & they don’t know what’s wrong & aren’t sure why that message pops up. They did something to my car while they did the recall & won’t take responsibility. I advise anyone who goes in for the same recall to make sure your car is the way you gave it to them. It’s Tuesday March 17th & I still haven’t heard back from them!

Had a great experience getting my Mazda Cx9 at Nissan of Huntington. Sales person “Mo” (Muhammed) was very easy to work with. He processed the paperwork and then connected me with Paul (the finance manager) who contacted several banks to get me the best interest rate possible for a loan and also worked with my bank. Even James (the sales manager) was great and as promised, was able to get me a second fob key in time so I wouldn't have to go back for it. I highly recommend that you consider Nissan of Huntington for your next car! Great team and great people!
