Nikki is awesome. I don’t remember the nice guy’s name in the back who did my paperwork he is amazing and I also want to thank him as well. I was well taken care of. I like the fact that Nikki paid very close attention to details. She also has excellent communication skills and great customer service. She put me in the right car based on me and my family’s needs. Thank you so much we really appreciate your kindness, being patient with us. It was a smooth process from start to finish.

Long, sappy post made short-I had been to a ton of dealerships, some more than once, and the only place I went where someone made an amazing impression was Nissan of Rivergate, most specifically Doug B!! I am very opinionated, picky, outspoken, all of the things people in sales (corporate sales here 👋🏽) hate .. Doug however took my often considered toxic traits and used them to his advantage, there was no question I was a woman who knew what I want, but on a budget! He took time, patience and consideration with my 18 year old and I, both times.. once with my husband and once just my son and I, and sure we were comfortable and heard. This was a first time experience for my son, and one I wanted him to learn from; Doug provided an experience my son will remember and will one that will grow with him as an adult. Understanding the car buying process is a priceless lesson to learn at his age, one I want granted bc my parents just handled that on their own.. I can’t thank Doug and the rest of the team at Nissan of Rivergate enough to helping my son learn about ‘adult things’, making it fun, productive and allowing us be heard and seen!! So happy with our new Nissan Kicks and Doug made sure we had the safety for the kids, and the gadgets and ‘street appeal’ 😉 I wanted!!

Doug is the man, not only did he help me find the perfect car for me, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with every option available got the right price and a beautiful car to drive home I will most definitely make sure all my friends and family go and see him before anyone else 5 stars to him it would be 10 stars if I could give it to him!
