My experience at Nissan Sherbrooke was incredible from start to finish! Maxime went above and beyond to bring me the car to test drive,Alec took great care of us when offering us some great deals on services and Luca made my car so pretty!! Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful experience!!

Sorry that I have to write this in english. It will be more accurate this way. In January 2018, almost 6 years ago, I bought a used 2011 Toyota Sienna from this dealer. I bought it online, unseen except for pictures. I trusted them blindly. They astonishingly drove the vehicle down to me in the Toronto area. They charged only 250$ for this service. I could not have picked it up myself for that. Furthermore, I only gave them a 500$ deposit. Clearly, this Dealer took a chance. I took it for a test drive alone, and then I handed their representative the remainder of the money after I got back from the test drive. Since then I have put 145,000 km on it. Driven 3 times to Arizona, Newfoundland, Florida, and I'm just back from Cabos San Lucas Mexico. No issues. I only paid Nissan of Sherbrooke $9500 for it. Yes I have put a new battery and regular maintenance to be sure. Unfortunately it only came with 1 set of keys. I didn't expect much for a 7 year old trade in. About 6 months or a year later, I received the other set plus remote starter fobs and valet key in the mail from Sherbrooke Nissan. My dear friend's in Quebec, this would never happen to me here in Ontario. Plus, I would never have gotten the vehicle so cheap in Ontario. In Ontario they tell us never to buy vehicles in Quebec because of this and that. Now I know that this is purely self interested protectionism. For the last 6 years I have felt very grateful to Sherbrooke Nissan for all of the above. On Monday 27th November 2023, I decided to drop by Sherbrooke Nissan on my way back in the van that I bought from them to say Thank you. When I arrived in Sherbrooke N, I requested a meeting with Alex, Head of Sales, within moments he came to me and we had a chat. Again, this would never happen in Ontario, and certainly not so quickly. My friends, this message is not about a car, its about the experience with Sherbrooke Nissan. I urge you all to appreciate what you still have in Sherbrooke because it no longer exists in the Greater Toronto area. If you ask, would I buy another vehicle from Sherbrooke Nissan? The answer is...absolutely!

This Nissan dealership went above and beyond my expectations! I had the misfortune of having a major emergency repair on my truck while travelling to Quebec from Toronto. My truck was undrivable, and I was stranded. All other service stations had waiting lists of 1-3 weeks to see me. Nissan's auto service department took me in right away, and my truck was ready within 2 days! I'm very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the hard-working staff at this location. Un grand merci à Farah pour tous ses efforts pour rendre cela possible!
