I wish I could add more than 5 stars!! I am so grateful to have met with the team at Nissan Streetsboro! Mitch was so wonderful to work with and gave me the very best option for my situation. I was in a pinch to have a vehicle immediately, as my current car was falling apart and I was under a time crunch. I was in a rust bucket lemon I recently purchased in October from another dealership and felt like I had no hope left on a decent vehicle. Mitch and Nissan of Streetsboro went above and beyond to research my options and help me get into a reliable vehicle that fit within my means. I can’t thank them enough!! It was more than a car buying experience, it was truly a blessing. If you are in need of a good car buying experience with a great dealership, look no further! STAY AWAY from this place. Honestly, this has been a total nightmare. I bought a 2021 Nissan Kicks here and it’s been nothing but trouble. I got their $3,000 external warranty, and then the transmission died a few months later. They claimed to have "fixed" it but couple of months later, the new transmission died, there are leaks everywhere, and the underside was a total mess. It looks like the mechanics there lied to me multiple times, telling me the car was fine and safe to drive. I finally took it to another shop for a second opinion where they found serious structural damage that this dealership completely ignored or tried to hide. I could have had a major accident because it seems they were too lazy or too dishonest to do the job right. Now I’m stuck with a loan for a car that is worth nothing because of their terrible work. I feel like they took advantage of me and don't care about customer safety at all. Go literally anywhere else.

Had such a positive buying experience from this dealership. Mitch was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect family vehicle. Chris the sales manager was also very professional and great to work with. Would come back if I need another vehicle in the future!

Excellent buying experience and my saleswoman Mackenzie Jones was more than accommodating with her knowledge in answering any and all questions as adequately as she could. She also made you feel comfortable with the financing procedure and getting all paperwork together. Definitely a place I would deal with again and encouraging anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle don't be afraid to put your trust in Nissan of Streetsboro!!!!

Dominic was excellent! Very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. It felt like we were in it together, working toward getting us the best deal. Dominic and his team really worked to get to know us on a personal level, beyond just a customer. He was excited to show us the vehicle along with the neat features. Dominic made leasing a car much more easier than I ever anticipated.
