Nissan of Victoria

We did our research in purchasing a new car and knew what we wanted. We went to Nissan of Victoria and Ana helped us meet the price we were looking for. They didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot but were quickly able to locate one with the interior color and model we were looking for that same day. Working with Ana and the financial team at Nissan of Victoria was the easiest auto purchase we've made. Every person we interacted with was professional and kind. It was a very good experience. We would purchase from them again. We love our new 2026 Pathfinder.

I had a disappointing experience with Nissan of Victoria. I initially visited the dealership to explore trading in my current vehicle and was presented with several options. After deciding the available offers did not fit my budget, I prepared to leave. At that point, I was presented with a new offer that was described as affordable and included additional benefits, which led me to return the following morning to complete the paperwork. Unfortunately, when I returned, the terms presented were significantly different from what had been discussed the day before. The monthly payment was much higher than the amount that had been quoted to me, and I was left feeling frustrated after making a special trip based on the previous offer. For comparison, I had also visited Toyota of Victoria and was offered much less payment option. I genuinely love my current vehicle, so I was not desperate to make a deal. I was simply looking for an opportunity that made financial sense. Had the terms remained consistent with what was originally discussed, I would have seriously considered moving forward. What disappointed me most was the lack of consistency and transparency throughout the process. While everyone I spoke with was polite, I believe customers should be be given accurate information from the beginning so they can make informed decisions without wasting time or experiencing unnecessary frustration. I ultimately chose not to move forward with the transaction and requested that no further credit inquiries be made. I hope the dealership improves communication and follows through on the terms discussed with prospective customers.

Ana was so amazing and Tim my God he did wonders for myself and my little family! My little baby Miracle loves the new car and so do we! Thanks for making a “miracle” happen and get us a new 2026 Kicks and getting our payments less than what i wanted!

Krys Damian in the service department is one in a million. The customer service I experienced today was top of the line. Krys was very polite and helpful. He took great care of my car after I was having issues with it. Kudos to Nissan for employing a great person! We need more people like Krys in this world!! ⭐️

We had a great experience purchasing a Tesla here! Jacob helped us and was so kind and fun to work with. We enjoyed buying from here. Usually the process to purchase a car is dreadful and takes forever this was super fast & actually fun! 😁🚗 I would definitely recommend working with Jacob! He found us exactly what we wanted!
