You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and stands behind his dealership 100%. Service Manager Jesse was just as outstanding. He made sure every single issue was addressed properly and kept me updated throughout the process. No runaround. No confusion. Just solutions. That’s how service should be done! And I can’t forget my sales rep Dabrasil — professional, patient, and solid from day one. He made the buying experience smooth and stress-free, and even after the sale, he stayed involved to make sure everything was right. That kind of follow-through speaks volumes. The entire team turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a five-star experience. They didn’t just meet expectations — they exceeded them. The whole process was quick and painless. Arthur the finance manager was fantastic. He made the whole transaction very smooth and explained everything. Brian the manager was also great.
